I'm an AI strategist and enterprise architect with over 12 years of experience building technology strategy inside global organisations — from a FTSE 250 materials science company to one of Europe's leading IT consultancies.
Currently serving as AI Strategy Lead at Johnson Matthey, I've spent the last two years doing exactly what SortEase offers — championing AI adoption, designing governance frameworks, mapping business challenges to AI solutions, and building the strategic narrative that earns executive confidence and funding.
